Why Choose Us?

Just because you don’t live in a large town or city it doesn’t mean you can’t watch catchup TV services or stream from online services. Superhero Broadband is here to offer you SuperFast broadband with download speeds of up to 24Mbps delivered to you using the latest wireless technology. You’ll be able to use Skype video calling, internet telephony and a whole host of services that were simply unusable before.

“It’s definitely saved us money. We’ve cancelled BT and Sky and do our phone calls and watch TV over the Internet using Vonage, YouView and iPlayer. Plus the family can now use their iPads and Xbox when they visit!”
Mrs. A. Bamber, Combs Green

Do I get a box, like with BT and Sky?

Yes, our broadband service includes a preconfigured WiFi router. This belongs to Superhero Broadband as does the external radio that we install on your premises.

Data Limits

We don’t impose limits on data usage, so there’s no limit of xxGB per month, however we do have a Fair Usage Policy Policy which is in place to ensure smooth operation of the Superhero Broadband network for all users. If you’re concerned that you may be moving very large amounts of data then please read our Fair usage Policy.

Need phones too?

Need a phone line and want to wave goodbye to BT? No problem, we have partnered with Go Internet so that you can dramatically cut the cost of UK and International phone calls using the internet to bypass traditional phone networks. Just click on the Go Internet logo and you can find out more and begin the sign up process:

Plain fast

When we say “up to” we really mean if you pay for 24 Mbps you’ll get 24 Mbps – the ‘up to’ indicates the maximum speeds we currently offer. The choice as to the speed you pick is yours.
